Global Sales Effectiveness Project Manager
Meet Our Team:
The Strategy and Transformation team leads Pega's strategic planning process and corporate-wide transformation to operate as an as-a-Service company, including the development and execution of the annual as-a-Service initiatives. We are looking for an individual who is excited by transformation and can operate strategically while executing to drive and influence organizational shifts in our new way of working. This position will project manage projects with company wide visibility with the goal of transformational change for Pega.

What You'll Do at Pega:
In this role, you will:
- Lead a variety of complex programs and initiatives to implement Pega’s overall go-to-market strategy.
- Manage all aspects of multiple strategic projects running simultaneously.
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company for successful project delivery and realization of business benefits.
- Present plans and project updates to management and project teams on a regular basis.
- Document and improve best practices and processes that support ongoing initiatives in line with the company strategy, commitments and goals.
Who You Are:
You are an intelligent, motivated, collaborative individual, with exceptional communication skills and progressive experience in project management. You have experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business. You are a self-starter with a desire to consistently learn, grow and challenge the status quo.
What You've Accomplished:
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Led multiple complex cross functional programs successfully
- Established yourself as a leader in project and change management
- Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and develop strong working relationships with sales and marketing leadership as well as individual contributors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects at once
- Proven ability to work across functions and geographies with a diverse set of team members
- Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and develop strong working relationships with sales and marketing leadership as well as individual contributors
- Ability to successfully complete change management initiatives demonstrated through experience
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment
- Ability to gain cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish tasks and goals while consistently seeking to obtain win-win situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts into concrete actions
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Project Management and Business Process Management tools
- Flexibility/adaptability (ability to change direction based upon team and stakeholder consensus)
- Strategic in approach: understands and addresses inter-dependencies and real issues
- Experience managing to deliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (or equivalent) certification
- Previous experience managing sales and marketing projects
- Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure
- High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise
