Control BPM Projects with SmartBPM® Processes

Pegasystems’ Project Management Framework implements project management best practices for SmartBPM projects, allowing managers to scope, monitor, and report on tasks and projects.  As with other Agility Accelerator Suite frameworks, the Project Management Framework turns BPM on itself to speed and simplify project development.  Using the Project Management Framework, managers create project portfolios that include projects, task groups and tasks. Tasks are assigned to project resources, and the framework monitors completion via assignment status and check-out/check-in for project assets (rules, processes, integrations, data elements, and UIs).

The Project Management Framework also supports milestones, task status and conditions, priorities, timelines, and dependencies through the unified project portal view. Status reports are supported in a variety of formats, and information from use cases, test cases, and the Test Management Framework is incorporated.Project Management Framework features include:
